Humm... sounds too good to be true, but if it is - gratz!!

Hi Danny, congratulations on your success, there are a couple of questions I'd like to ask:

- how much content do you have on each website?

- how often do you update contents?

- how do you link to Amazon? Do you add buy buttons? Have pictures linked? What worked for you?

- how do you link build? To the homepage or to the subpages?

- how much link building do you do each day?

Thank you so much Danny for sharing this with us. I've just started in this and I'm looking to learn more.

Well that was my first $300 day .. No doesn't happen everyday .. But at least I give myself a chance to make it by working at it .. And it was nice.

The goal of this project is to make $2000/$3000 a month will little work .. So I am getting close given this isn't the main sales season.

Content I add content and the auto poster updates items .. You can look at wprobot yourself to see what it can do and what it can't .. Or you could use a different Amazon auto poster if you like.

Everything else I already answered except for how often I make links .. The higher priced sites I Seo more because I want sales of those .. The lower priced stuff I don't really care.

Also as I said before am now working on more sites at the moment which will be better than what I have now.

As for Adsense .. I'm not interested to be honest I'm trying to make $100 commissions...think that speaks for itself.

As for CPA .. Probably made $25k with C..Lead and 15-20k with Pin..ll ...... So I know a little about CPA ... I prefer Amazon for the long term investment ... CPA is up and down and you always got to worry about payments ... That's just me .. Cheers.

Thanks for answering so quickly Danny. As for the content, how many words do you add in one article? Do you add lsi keywords?

I launched one of these myself last week. I'm afraid though that I will get no SEO traffic.. The original content on there is basically nothing, I just grabbed shit from Amazon's API and rearranged it. My onpage SEO is good though. I also didn't target as well as I could have. It's a prototype.

I hope I can get a little profit from it though as the concept is very easy to replicate and could be improved..

What kind of tone do you go for in your articles (when you do write them)? I just wrote up an 1,100 word review article but it came with paragraphs sounding informal and personal whereas other paragraphs sort of explained what the product is about and what it does. I'm thinking this can be effective if not more (compared to the sample site's writing tone) because it sounds like it's coming from a real customer instead of like an employee of the products brand who's pretending to be a customer and is just writing up a review i.e. biased

I used to be in Amazon webstores but last year they all got banned from google. I posted a topic about in on BHW and the general idea was that they were banned because they didn't include any articles and only product listings. So they don't provide any info value to the visitor of the site. Some of them were banned before I could even build links to them.

I'm looking on flippa and almost every amazon site I see are products only so I'm wondering why they aren't banned. What's your view on this?

Also, you said you only use EMD. Since every EMD is taken, do your target really small niches where EMD's are still available? And if so, is there enough info for an autoposter to generate?

Alot of these questions depend on the type of site you make and the niche - so I can't give you the 100% answer - you got to build something / test it and see what the results are.

Also a couple examples of what other people do :

1. Two Women started a website that reviews everything to do with cooking equipment. Pots/Pans etc - they buy an item review it and then move onto the next item - they have one of the largest sites on the web apparently in what they do and they are one of Amazon's larger affiliates

2. a 17 year old kid made an app that searches the web for the lowest price of any item - when the lowest price comes from amazon he serves them his affiliate link for the item -- he made 3 million in commissions and turned around and sold it for 13 or 17 million I forget now.

So I can't stress enough there is money to be made with Amazon - you just need a gameplan / some time / then just keep at it till you find something that works for you.

I've also had a few people PM me about JV's -- I don't need to JV with anyone - In the Long Run your better off working it out on your own.

I know it seems hard when you start and you wonder whether what your doing will work or not --- just make the best site you can and see what happens. When it starts working for you - then scale it to the best of your ability.

As far as Google Banning your site - maybe make better quality sites - they sell more anyway.

There are always EMD's of some sort available you just got to figure what your marketing and what people type into the search box when they are buyers.

Nice thread mate, will have to take action on this for sure.....once i can stop working on my own seo firm!

you can learn alot from BHW that can be applied in more of a White Hat way for businesses - so a small Seo Firm is not too hard - although the first customer can be tough ---- but one customer = chance for referrals.... goodluck.

Action taken today

1. bought a different Wp theme and made first site - reviewed 5 products and added an article

2. signed up for Beta Product for Amazon Sites - to test it out - set up a site for that to see how well it works

3. Longer Term Project has 3 brand new sites and looking to add 22 more -- these sites are more advanced than WP so am waiting to see how they do.... running link building for them today

Really trying alot of things - to find better performing sites and to find something that takes up the minimum amount of time.
.... but provides that steady $2-$3 k a month.

Awesome thread and congratulations. A few question....
1) Do you have to use some sort of autoposter for the products? Or can you use the same static products?
2) Also how many products would you recommend per site?
3) Is it better to have multiple domains per niche? Or can you just make one site with a bunch of pages per niche?
4) I have no experience with wordpress but am pretty good with dreamweaver and straight html/css. Is it a must to learn and use wordpress?

Thanks and good luck!
