Amazon seller account problem?

Hi Guys, i was created a Amazon account through shopify but Amazon charged me 39.99usd for seller account. And i just create a normal acc, so i requested Amazon deleted seller acc and refund me. But they deleted seller acc of me and not refund. How can i take back it.
