Amazon product page 301 Redirect question. Anyone know how to do it?

I run SEO for a client who has multiple Amazon products that I rank in Google for. One of the product pages/URL's got penalized, and I am trying to figure out how to 301 redirect that page to a new (same product) URL. I know it's possible because I have seen multiple pages ranking in the serps doing it. Any help from Amazon sellers, or anyone else is appreciated!
