Even if bids are high, if Amazon’s algorithm predicts a low CTR (due to images, title, or weak relevancy), impressions can be capped. Double-check keyword alignment with title + bullets.
3. Campaign structure:
Sometimes broad campaigns eat budget without delivering. Breaking campaigns into tightly grouped ad sets with fewer keywords can improve delivery.
