Amazon NOT awarding me for items sold? HELP

Hey BHW,
I have a major issue with amazon at this point and I have never ever seen this before.
Basically I saw my account yesterday and I accumulated around $800 for the month, I take a took at it today and now its down to $500 for the month
I look at the items sold through my affiliate id and quite a few of these items are showing up as '$0.00'

Thanks for the reply, but no it hasnt been recorded.
Keep in mind I have sold over 800 items and a lot of those items have been $0.00 in the advertising fees

I have just trid contacting the support email, it will be interesting to see what happens

Amazon support is pretty fast and efficient. I hope they restore back your earnings

I have counted 185 items have been accounted for as a $0.00

Amazon always has stupid little glitches like this in the reporting. Looks to me as though they still rolling out reports. I have same issue. Wait until earnings report says 25th Aug before you contact them.

Also, I remember this exact bug happening last year, and they fixed it. Don't panic.

Amazon has some items with 0 commission rates. You can check those on their site. Also you won`t get commission from items you buy for yourself or your family members (if they locate it).

same here. my earnings as of yesterday is $693 and now it is around $345 im currently chatting with their live support now. Will update you guys. Thanks @michaelr1988 for the info it somehow calms me down.

Update:
CSR said that they have received many incidents such as this and their technical staff are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible. As of now the problem is on the reporting system. But tracking our current traffic, clicks, orders and other stuff are working properly.

Hope it will be fix soon. Im just anxious about it because this is the first time i encountered such issues with Amazon.

No need to worry, Amazon`s discussion board is full of users with same problem. Seems like an error from Amazon`s side.

Thanks for the thread Johnny. I too am facing the same issue with my AA account. The shipped items numbers are basically dropping like for every 5/10 minutes. Here's the screenshots taken in the last 45 mins in my account. The numbers for ordered items remained intact though.

Now its dropping like a rock.

Hope amazon fix this glitch without shaving our commissions!

Ah phew! at least im not the only one
It seems at though everything is going down, I wonder what the issue is?

I tried buying once with my affiliate links ages ago and I created a new account under a private proxy and it never got added to the list of sold items.

if your orders were not cancelled why dont you contact customer support?? they are efficient and will help you... prompt

Have the same problem today. I could watch how 1 after another of my shipped items this month were set back. Contacted them already, hope it's a bug.
