[AMAZON] Need help against immense review manipulation

Hi,

I hope y'all are doing great today. I am a small seller on Amazon USA, and recently have had a new competitor enter a market and attain 95x 5 star reviews within 18 days (lol). That is most certainly impossible for this product. The listing is 26 days old, and the volume for this product isn't that much to warrant anything near this.

The guy just came in out of nowhere, 18 days, 95 reviews. That's absolutely insane. I've already sent a report to [email protected], but I was wondering on anything else to do! Is there any way I can ensure that the report goes through successfully? The reviews are all verified, but I do have KEEPA graphs that show how quickly they attained reviews... and it appears amazon is simply approving them all!

Unfortunately larger sellers can do this and the volume of sales for that product is irrelevant. If they are giving away products in return for a review they can do this. My suggestion is to stop focussing on your competition - just make everything about your listing better and get more reviews for your product.
