Hi, About 3 years ago my partner started doing some shady things putting my affiliate account on other sites to get more sales, back then you didn't have to get each site approved by amazon, just paste it. They didn't like that and the account was closed, we stopped using amazon and moved on other affiliate and adsense on the site.
I opened another account this past week and I thought everything was going well, I already had $9.78 commissions and 5 sales. Then I got this email

Effective today, Amazon is terminating your Associates account as well as the Operating Agreement that governs it (link below).
Why?
We reviewed your account as part of our ongoing monitoring of the Amazon Associates Program. During our review, we determined that you are not in compliance with the Operating Agreement, found here: <https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/help/operating/agreement>. The violations include the following:
-An account belonging to you (or a person or entity connected or affiliated with you) has previously been closed for violations of the Operating Agreement or one of the other Amazon marketing programs.
What’s next?
You must stop using the Content and Amazon Marks and promptly remove all links to the Amazon site.
Because you are not in compliance with the Operating Agreement, Amazon will not pay you any outstanding advertising fees. Please be aware that any other related accounts may be closed without payment of any fees. Amazon reserves all other rights and claims.

How can I get an account approved after my name and SSN and probably website has been declined?
Do they check the website and deny any future accounts linked to it?
Do they check accounts linked to SSN? or name?
I am also a citizen of Mexico, Honduras and the USA, yes triple citizenship.
got any ideas how to get approved and don't get canceled anymore?
