Hey mate! Thanks for the message. This indeed is not at all planned for scamming etc. I am not going to ruin all my rep built here in last 3 years. I am not at my PC right now, will be posting in the thread in the evening for sure. And yes, I will definitely think over a good resolution which is acceptable to the members who are not happy right now.
Thanks,
Sunny

Participate in your JV thread or be banned. I want to see a resolution from you, either refunds or some other arrangements that pleases your investors. I've seen several samples of the sites you provided and they're all shit quality. I've also seen traffic stats and seo reports showing a defined lack of any actual work performed. You have until Monday to get the ball rolling on making things right.
As an addition to what's been said, there are some details that need addressing.
As I said in the PM, these sites are terrible quality. I'm well aware that it doesn't have to look stunning to make money, but that would've been my first indicator of how solid of a concept this was.
I know most of the domains were moved from hostwinds to your own server on, or around, November 27th. That is where a lot of the domains are pointing now, and the site content does not exist so most of them are 404'd. These brings about 2 further issues.
First, what exactly do you think happens when there's a DNS update, and the new server doesn't have any content? One of the quickest ways to erase serp rank. Also, your DNS isn't even set up properly on that server, try adding A records instead of just blind transferring. The issues with the host may have been out of your control, but why weren't there backups being performed by you or your staff? You were the managing partner of the JV, in order to do this properly there are responsibilities that need to be attended to.
Second, in
this post you claim the clicks are being sent directly to the amazon affiliate links instead of bouncing through the site first. You're claiming that you're sending paid traffic directly to an amazon affiliate link. That's a horrible idea for many reasons. It's a good way to lose an amazon account if you actually start earning, there is no valid tracking sitewise, and you're forced to trust a paid traffic provider and their platform. You can't legitimately guarantee that real traffic was actually sent, so your claims of little to no traffic being "practically not possible" doesn't have merit.
Another, more important issue: I've been shown details by a member involved in this JV that bring to light a very serious issue. His site, which is one of the few that's still up, is using an Amazon tracking ID that isn't his, and I've seen his account so I know it's not his. Somehow this members site is pointing to someone else's link. This is either a huge screw up, or deliberate fraud.
I would suggest buying out anyone that requests it, addressing the issues with what appears to be you defrauding your partners, and with alacrity. Hiding behind a 6 month clause when you've clearly fucked up the entire concept isn't going to fly. Do the right thing or lose your head.
