Hey all,
During the Canada Post strike, international packages were stopped suddenly. I had to stop all orders for several days and refund customers. I guess many of them missed the emails and are giving bad reviews to me. If i breach 1%, im going to get suspended. I can do some fake orders but it's going to look suspicious that all orders are coming from multiple similar accounts from india. Any advice on how to save my account would be appreciated.

Can you contact Amazon and explain the situation to them? I don't sell on Amazon but eBay has been fairly understanding about this situation.

Amazon are quite strict. How has ebay been understanding?
 
I had a problem with a lot of late delivered items on eBay, and a lot of customer claims about late delivered items. Most items eventually got delivered but some did not and I refunded those customers. The high number of customer complaints lead to my account getting flagged on eBay and my search ranking greatly diminished.

The late deliveries were caused by a severe weather event so I contacted eBay support and explained the situation. They agreed that it wasn't within my control so they restored the account ranking and things have gone back to normal.

Hi, i hope that your problem got solved but there are some services like https://www.trustrider.com which gives reviews from all over the world. So it will also not look spammy because they give reviews from top tier countries like US.
 
amazon started having issues recently i believe the servers were having a maintenance or something
