Here is the amazon reply i just received...
We do appreciate your concerns regarding our Operating Agreement. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with specific advice in response to your question.
I would suggest contacting a legal professional if you have any further questions of this nature.
Now, what this tells me is that NO they did not approve. They simply tried to word it in a way that would leave me some hope of getting paid by them so that I would continue to send them traffic/sales and then they can shut me out at the last minute and keep my commissions.
In case you are wondering how/why I have come to this conclusion... It's simple.
Their message told me that they would not look at my site/system to determine if it was compliant, yet, as we all know, when payday comes around, they will indeed do the very thing that they just now told me they couldnt/wouldnt do.
They were as clear as mud, but lucky for me, I wear my mud-goggles at all times.
No way are they(or any other big company) ever going to write and say "approved" or anything like that when that would provide people with legal recourse when A decides to kill ur account later and not pay you.
Better to just do it and ask for permission never.
