Amazon FBA question (O_O)

Broke college student here,

Anyone that has had success with FBA, could you recommend a good amount of money to save up in order to start.

I know it all depends on the product but could I get a number that should be plenty?

You can have a good start with $100. What are you going to sell?

I sell on Amazon FBA occasionally. I don't like their fees or the fact that you have to wait like 2 weeks to be paid.
