Amazon drop-shipping method from Amazon.ca to .com, any ideas how?

An entrepreneur selling his videos on youtube to explain his way how to do it, but he is like a guy like Tai Lopez. so I don't trust him as I trust you guys, so is it possible because I believe Amazon has really distinct rules about drop shipping...

smh, as I understood he is doing it in opposite way buying it from amazon.com and selling it on .ca with a software and my question is changing in this part, basically has anyone ever tried this method? drop shipping it on Canada and Mexica please leave a comment any of the comments you have below!
