Amazon delivered to wrong address - customer service stalling

    I was dropshipping from China and somehow I managed to put in the wrong address when I made the order and then was unable to get the address changed in time, so it was delivered to one of my previous customers, and now I am getting messages from the person who placed the order asking where the item is. What can I do? I have tried contacting customer support on the Chinese website but, of course, they're not at fault for delivering to the wrong address that I entered.

    Then reorder and give it to them for free.

    Your mess, grab the broom and clean it up.

    Blackhat doesn't mean denying responsibility for your mistake. If the answer you want to hear is "keep the money" then go ahead and be a scamming thief.

    If ethics is something you totally ignore, then at least think about the longevity of your business.

    Thread title is misleading, looks like they delivered to the right address.
    Your mistake, you need to fix it. Contact your previous customer, tell them you made a mistake, ask them to forward the package to your other customer and offer them both some compensation.
