Amazon conversion rate for $1000+ products?

    Hello guys can you tell me what is (approximately) the conversion rate for expansive products on Amazon like : refrigerators,dishwashers...
    Please mention the product with the conversion rate based on your experience.
    And do you think people are ready to buy such things online?

    It depends a lot on the type of traffic , the way you promote your product

    If you have a buying keyword like product name review then conversion rate is quite high - between 2% and 7% in my experience. Best xxx is a little lower (maybe 2-4%) but still good.
    It can also depend on your writing style and how convincing you are.
    And to answer your final question, Americans buy tons of expensive things online these days. I know this from experience.

    This. I also buy tons of expensive things online all the time... lol

    I bought a tv like 8-10 years ago was like $2k ish at the time.

    People buy expensive things online all the time. I have a friend who sold a $7k item from Amazon (limited edition).

    Quite normal for people with money to buy a $400 espresso maker etc.. online or a dyson vaccuum cleaner etc from Amazon.

    Expensive is all relative btw. Some people when they search for the best vacuum cleaner really want the best one, the Dyson and not the $30 Dirt Devil

    As a matter of fact lots of people prefer buying online vs in the store (myself included). I am anti social and HATE shopping at the mall or store. Many Americans also have Amazon prime and buy virtually everything from there.

    Amazon generally has better prices than retail stores and its easier to compare prices and features online whereas in store its a hot mess and you can't find jack.

    Are people ready to buy dishwashers and vacuum cleaners online? People have been doing it for years and you are probably too late in those niches as they are dominated already by other Amazon niche sites and The Sweet Home. Good luck!

    I wouldn't touch something general like "best refrigerator" with a ten foot pole; competitive as hell and you are gonna need hundreds of pbn links to rank; you better have a big budget to rank for that.

    I personally haven't had a good experience with high priced items. I would rather stick with 50 - 300 price range. The conversions simply sucked and still suck for me with items above 1K.

    The only thing I've seen sold that converts at that price are cameras. That's quite a difficult niche to enter though.
