Amazon buyer review Criteria?

I want to know whats the criteria for a buyer to review on a product.
I thought it was 50$+ purchase but I have seen people reviewing before that.
All I want to know how do they do it?
Is there any other criteria of amazon that I can follow to put a product review without purchasing 50$ of products?

It depends on the commission too, would you rather sell a $100 item and earn 2% or sell a $49 and earn 10%?

No I am talking about the review rating criteria of the product. Product review criteria of amazon. As far as I know one can only review after 50$ purchase. But I have also seen people with new buyer accounts posting product reviews.All I want to know is how do they do it.
