Let me explain to you what is happening.

I'll order an items on Account 1 for example then 10-15mins later I'll make another order but this will be on account 2.

Account 1 order is fine Account 2 Order will go on hold. Now I use different name, address & card numbers the only similar thing I can see is from my ISP proxies they start with the same numbers for example Account 1 might be 123.11.123.56.66 & account 2 would be 123.11.123.77.86

The only thing I can think is linking them is the IP. But is there anything else that could be causing the 2nd account to go on hold when I order something 10mins later. All seems odd to me. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

You're likely on the right track with the IP. Even different proxies from the same ISP can share similar subnet patterns, raising flags. Check for other fingerprinting factors: device info, browser settings, cookies, or behavioral patterns. Try increasing time between orders and consider rotating networks completely. Payment processing systems may detect these subtle similarities as potential fraud.
