Amazon Associates rejected my application

Hi everyone! I've just got the letter from Amazon:

• Your website includes an unapproved use of Amazon trademarked words, images, or reviews (which may include variations or misspellings). We do not allow the unapproved use of URLs, trademarks, logos, amazon web views etc. that include words that are trademarked by Amazon and this is a violation of our Trademark Guidelines. This point is very broad and it's not clear to me what exactly I violated.
If they didn't like the use of the word "Amazon" on the text buttons, that's odd, since my competitor (massagexpert.net) has been doing exactly the same thing for years.
I got the pictures from Amazon, and some people on the forums have written that they turn a blind eye to it.
Maybe someone knows what the issue is?

Yeah, they've been doing it for years.

Once you get approved Amazon don't continually check back and see what you're doing.

Maybe he stuck by the letter until approval.

I looked over your website and i noticed:
# You don't have a FTC disclaimer
# You are using images from amazon hosted on your server (you need to pull those images with API)
# Your rating is fake as hell, if you want to add the rating from amazon, you can do that only using API.

I don't think the buttons are the problem as Amazon likes you to be clear about where you are sending the traffic.

The problem is probably with your ratings being taken from Amazon and your key features are too similar to the Amazon listing. If you want to use Amazon data you need to use the API.

same photos and rating seems like problem.
For photos use sitestripe..
For rating may be dont use customer rating but how you are ranking those product until api access.

Until amazon approves you can put disclaimer on side part instead of footer
