I registered amazon affiliate program a year ago. 3 months later they closed my account and the reason was I did not make any sales. Can I reapply? I'm ready to make a new amazon niche site now but I have to make sure that they will accept my application. Thanks

Hello,
I had a similar situation. Amazon closed my account as I could not able to make 3 sales in 6 months (180 days)
I reapplied and they accepted the account. I would recommend you to reapply only after you start getting decent traffic on the website.

Also after you make 3 sales. They again check your website to accept you fully for the amazon associate program. After that you can access there API feature

What if you got everything, design, content, traffic then they rejected you application. For me, that's a nightmare because I spend a lot of money on the website.

They can reject if you do not follow their policies or try some black hat method.
Of course, I am not an expert and there may be some black hat methods which they cannot detect.

But to be on the safe side I would recommend you to read their policies and follow them. Like putting amazon disclosure, or mentioning amazon link properly.
You can also check youtube videos to know more.

I think the right question to ask yourself is if you are sure you can make the 3 required sales in 3 months..

If you can answer that in the affirmative, then you are good to go. Just create new email and apply with it.

I mean the chances of someone makes no sales in the first 3 months are high because your website is just brand new site. It takes time for google to rank. What if you make no sales in three months then they closed the account. What I have to do? or I just need to create new affiliate account with new email?. I'm serious about the work of course.

As I know from my website and USA Amazon affiliate account, you have to make 3 sales ( individual person) in 180 days.
for me I just applied using the same email id I used earlier and they accepted it again.

when my previous account got closed they send me an email mentioning why they closed the account and it was written there that I can apply again.

I think you can reapply, but you should ideally wait until you’re getting decent traffic. Also, just follow their guidelines to avoid having your Affiliate status revoked again. I wish you the best with your new application and site!

"For me, that's a nightmare because I spend a lot of money on the website." The nightmare is not the money spent. The real nightmare is you didn't made 3 sales in 3 months.
I don't expect you to solve the problem unless you see them first.
