I don't suspect a lot of people are going to be able to answer this, but here it goes.

I have an amazon associate account that I don't send much traffic through and I have a kindle publishing account that I NEED to not get banned. I want to try a method that is against the Amazon TOS to send mass amounts of traffic through my A Affiliate link. I'm pretty sure that A will eventually ban my affiliate account and I was wondering if anyone knows if when your A Affiliate account gets banned it also results in a ban on your kindle publishing account? They both use the same login and password and are associated to the same address and tax info.

If it's against TOS, don't do it.
If you must do it, try it with a different account. This is probably the worst advice I've ever given... Set up an account in someone else's name. A "friend" you can partner with. Tell them about all the money you'll make together. You, of course, should get most of the money because you'll be doing most of the work.
If you get banned, see if their kdp account was banned too.
Back to my first point, though - DON'T DO IT
