Amazon Affiliate Program NOT in my state

I live in Missouri.

Amazon, for whatever reason, won't allow you to join the affiliate program if you live in Missouri.

What are ways around this? I REALLY REALLY want to do affiliate marketing with Amazon, because of all the products they have and people TRUST Amazon.

Could I get PO Box in a different state? Use someone else's address in a different state?

Surely there is a way I can do it, besides actually moving to a different state.
