I have heard of big time affiliates when this happened either go a Nevada LLC then opened a bank account out of state/online in that name or drove across the state line and created a business there and opened a bank account in that state in business name. You can then get direct deposit to an out of state bank and business.

That's a super pain in the ass though, probably easier ways like a stealth account with fake out of state info and then open a checking account online and use a fake out of state address but I can't recommend that never done it or anything.
