Quick question, constructing blog posts with product linkbacks to Amazon....is it ok to pull the default image of the product you are promoting from Amazon and use it as a thumbnail on your blog post i.e without a direct link associated save in the main narrative?

Just making sure I am compliant with Amazon t&c's, have disclaimer etc on site but dont want to be flagged for pulling non-linking images.

    Cheers

I think that we are only supposed use the one provided from Amazon. I read somewhere that the pictures may be copyrighted from the company selling the product and if they complain there is a problem. I'm not sure If it is true but I don't use any other pictures and links than the one Amazon provides, or I create just encase.
