Amazon affiliate disclaimer question.

    Hi everyone,
    i make amazon affiliate site and i am not sure what to write as disclaimer. Where to put it?
    Maybe the question should be: What must i include in my amazon aff site?
    This is my 1st aff amazon site and i want to be perfect and avoid ban.
    I will be happy if somebody can help me.

    Amazon provides you with the disclaimer they want you to use in their TOS. I put mine in the footer so it's shown on every page.

    You can find the disclaimer here, at point no.10: https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/agreement/

    You must, however, clearly state the following on your site ?[Insert your name] is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to [insert the applicable site name (amazon.com, amazonsupply.com, or myhabit.com)].?

    Is this really necessary? Isn't a disclaimer on a standalone page (like privacy policy) enough?
