Hello, My Amazon Account gone on hold I have provided all information that I have its my personal account. I have tried alot its due to becuase Used some giftcards in a row.

Can anyone guide me how to get this back is there any chance?? My amount is stuck in there. Please guide me.

Jeff stole from me ~$300 (paid with a VCC without any bank statement) and their way to check my account was impossible, so I've opened another account.

So, forget about the money, if you don't have money for lawyers, and move on. Open another account.
 
For the last time, try sending an email directly to the CEO office of Amazon to redeem your account: [email protected]
It usually takes them 7 days to review the matter and release the account but if you still do not get a response, its time to move on buddy.

The CEO of Amazon is named Andy Jassy, so I am sure that is not his email.
 
I have the same problem. Sent them account info and billing statement but still no reply yet. Have you got your problem solved?
 
Me too. I provided Amz support my acc info and invoice statement but got no response. How its going now ?
