We usually stick to site builders such as Elementor, Divi and Oxygen for customization.
For themes we use mostly Astra Pro, Generatepress, OceanWP, Hello Theme.
300 words is fine, too.

You can, but be wary about DMCAs etc. (although very very rare). I'd probably have AI rewrite parts of it.

Can I change the anchor text of a PBN post? For example, delete the keyword anchor text on the post and re-add a brand word anchor text or general word anchor text to other paragraphs of the article?

I have a domain where an inner page is probably the strongest page. You would want to rebuild this inner page with an identical slug, correct? But how do you then pass the link juice from this page to your money site? Link directly from this page? How do you establish topical relevance in this scenario? Do you make a blog post that is unrelated to the slug but relevant to your money site?

Hello,
It's difficult to obtain high-quality backlinks for a website in the escort advertisement category in TR because such sites are scarce in Turkey. Even if we aim to progress with a blog-style approach in the escort niche for a PBN, finding a suitable expired TR domain is nearly impossible. How much impact do escort advertisement sites located abroad have on Local SEO? I think they might be more beneficial than acquiring mixed links.
Moreover, is it necessary to obtain backlinks from high DA sites such as Reddit, Google Developer Forum, and Wikipedia, even though they are unrelated to the category? These sites have very high DAs, but the process seems to lean towards Black Hat SEO for the mentioned website.
I achieve a score of 90 or above for on-page optimizations. After conducting a high-quality backlink campaign as mentioned above, should I focus on acquiring Popcent hits? It's said that this boosts the site in rankings.

Several ways to go about it:
1) Rebuild the page and then internally link to the page that links to your money site (most likely the homepage)
2) Directly link out from this page to your money site and use AI to create some content that adds topical relevance between the rebuild page and your money site.
3) Redirect the inner page to the homepage and link out from there.

I have a shopify website and a woocommerce website (a new website that has just been launched). I want to place a backlink to the woocommerce website (new website) on the homepage of the shopify website. Is this possible? Is it safe?
PS: Both websites are normal e-commerce websites and do not belong to PBN. The servers used are different and the IP addresses are also different.
In the future, woocommerce website will also avoid using the PBN backlinks currently used by the shopify website. Does this mean that the footprint has been blocked to avoid any kind of association, so it is safe to place backlink to this new woocommerce website on the homepage of the shopify website?

The current daily traffic of this shopify website is only about 40, and basically only 1-2 orders occasionally a month. I have given up running this website. Therefore, I want to place a backlink pointing to this new Woocommerce website on this shopify website. Tansferring the backlink juice weight to the new website.
Based on this background, is it possible to place a backlink to the new Woocommcer website on the homepage of the shopify website?

If you've given up on it, I'd probably suggest a 301 instead of a mere link.
Create a merger and acquisition page on your Woo site, e.g. "We have acquired [your shopify store]" - then 301 the shopify domain to that page (with all paths). Add internal links to you key pages within the content of the M&A page. Later on you can still 301 it internally to your homepage or a key page.
That's how I would do it.
If you must keep the shopify store, then a link should be good to go, if there is not footprint on monetization, branding or ownership.

I recently built another a new website for my target niche. There are 4 similar articles on my PBN website for my target niche, 3 of which currently have no backlinks. So can I put a backlink to my new niche website in any of these 3 PBN articles? （PS: I would like to insert a link into an older article to reduce the cost of investing in some new content.）
