Am i shadow banned on instagram?

Since february i have been posting political videos on my instagram.
No English in the videos. My home country in Scandinavia.

Went from 700 followers to 40k.
I got more views in the beginning on my videos (100-500k)
While now its more like 50-100k
In my last video, 96% of the views is from my own followers.
Whilst in a video 2 months ago, the same number was 32%

Am i not being pushed to non-followers?
Could i be shadow banned?

And if i am, how do i fix it?

if you are shadow banned you will know. Go to settings > Account Status , if you see an orange circle near to “what can’t be recommended” it means you are currently shadowbanned.

One way to check if you are shadow banned is by creating a unique hashtag, then posting an image using that hashtag, then using another account to check if your post is under that hashtag or not. That should show you if your shadow banned or not.
