Am I ghosted on Pintrest?

Hello everyone, recently I have been trying to get some traffic via pintrest, but I am getting suspicious.
I have a total of 15 pins, with no views or link clicks whatsoever. I have followed 100 people as well on top of that, but no one seems to be following back or responding to me in any way.

What can I do from here? Thanks in advance.

15 pins is not enough. 100 follows is not enough. Get those numbers up. Also, make sure your SEO is optimized on your profile name, board title, board description, pin title, and pin description so people in your niche are actually finding your page.
