Wow, then Paypal had violated their own tos. Since the money is being sent as a "gift" and not a goods and service it would negate the buyer protection. Whoever that person called the customer service rep must have took great pity on them to refund when they were not supposed to.
I've been using my paypal for a while now, email is verified never had problems receiving payments except this one is a lot bigger than what i normally receive, it's 2k so i was thinking maybe they're holding it up because of that. But I'm not sure, the guy was threatening me too, like he was a hacker and stuff and can find my location and dox me or something
he sent a screenshot of sending it on paypal but i checked my paypal and nothing came through
Yea I knew that, I literally told him stop asking, I won't give you the account until the money's in my account, he was rushing me and he also sounded innocent, really fooled me on that!!pics can never be a prove
