Am I getting negative SEO?

Hi,

Case 1: Yesterday I've noticed a few backlinks all from ".in" or "co.in" domains all of them used spun content from 1 particular article from my site, linking to it and using my site brand anchor.

Today I checked through Ahrefs and saw like 25 more of them, all are the same article, link, anchor, page title etc.

Case 2: I got links from "https://info-focus.info/" to almost all of my articles. Anchor is equal to my post title. Links from that domain all end in ".rhtml" and once you access the link it redirects to local casino ads, phone apps etc.

So, is that all can be considered as negative SEO? If yes, I should probably keep track of that spam using ahrefs and update disavow file?

Perhaps it is negative SEO, are these backlinks suddenly increasing?

We get thousands of this type of link.
I assumed it's the lowest form of pbn using 2005 strategies. Steal relevant content link to other sites in a link farm or the like.
Doesn't seem to do us much harm.

Disavowed a ton of them 3 years ago and didn't see any traffic move.

Sounds more like autoblogs picking up your content. I wouldn't worry about it.

Those are some really nice domains. Wait and see the result before disallowing them.

Do not get worried about negative SEO. Doing proper -ve SEO takes the same type of effort as proper SEO. Ahrefs might pick these links up but have you checked how many links are being considered by Google? You need to check G WMT for that.

That is another thing which is interesting for me. Does google only consider the links it shows in search console when ranking the site or all the links that appear in indexed pages all over the web?

Have been noticing the same thing. Not from .in domains but from other random domains. Can someone confirm whether there is a real need to disavow them?
