It depends of the product you are selling, but beside that you are safe. However if you want to be sure check the laws in your country for what you can do in your current market.

From a legal point of view, I doubt there is anything "criminal" about what you're doing. It sounds like more of a guerrilla marketing technique than anything. From a civil point of view, if you get too big maybe you'll need to butt heads with other deal sites (court etc). Overall, you have nothing to worry about except getting banned from those sites.
