Am i accepted as an Amazon Affiliate?

Hi guys, i signed up for an Amazon Affiliate around 10 days ago and haven't heard anything back since, other than the confirmation email which states that i'll receive another email confirming my account

I've read that you get automatically accepted which is not the case with the UK program (they rejected my application).

I guess i'm asking if i'm an affiliate?

It was 10 years ago.

Now try Amazon.com and sign up from there.

They'll give you a notice email if you're accepted or not.
if you haven't got the email yet, check your SPAM folder

They stop accepting people just by viewing the website they apply with. You will know if you are accepted or not only after you make your first sale.

and what happens if you dont have a site but still know how to make money on the affiliate side? Can you still get accepted if you show them your earning proof?

Doesn't make sense. You need a site per amazon rules, without one you are not permitted to be in the program.

I have a friend who works at amazon, he told me too many abusers in the program, so they're now monitoring everything, and expect a lot of crying over closed accounts in the next few months.
