google 'mass blog pinger' its free from the cats at syndk8. it pings as many url's as you can stuff in there at once to a boatload of ping services. pretty sweet

I like Gocodes and KBlinker for link cloaking (both free at WP). Also prefer WPRobot over CC as it has more features and updates. Also are Head case and platinum redundant or do they do different things?

What do you guys use to - remove words like "and" out of your slugs? I've tried a bunch like seo post link, seo slugs, etc but they don't work with WP Robot.

is it ok to create about 50 posts per day on an indexed autoblog?
Authority sites like Engadget.com create about 50 new posts per day, not counting their forums (if they have).

So what's the problem with creating a lof of posts on my autoblog?

@nirnimesz: to update any of the plugins, simple Gaggle the plugin for the updated version :)

@haregope: regarding site load speed and plugin resource usage, from my readings:
- deactivate all unncessry plugins and delete from ur plugin folder

- use Gaggle to find tips for improving and optimizing site loading speed. I am impatient and have used the following 2 plugins to improve my site load time. Test n try for yourself :)

clean options
footer-javascript
wp-css

Consider installing, this plugin will help you identify slow processes / functions on your site. Further: use 't00ls dot pingd0m dot c0m' for site analysis

Also, I use yet-another-related-post-plugin. According to others, this plugin is resource hungry. I use a minor tweak to improve YARPP, namely:
- disable tags and categories for consideration by the plugin

Guys, how fast after site indexing organic traffic can start coming to an autoblog with 50 backlink (without further promotion, no bookmarking etc)?

This looks like a good primer at least to know what direction to look re updated plugins and services.. going to do that.. just scanned with malwarebytes and is ok, may from ffox for aforementioned scan.. Jesus, the number of tabs I ended up with at the end of reading through this is boggling.. ...thx to the thread.
