Its semi-automated .. www.onlywire.com can do it, after you sign up for each bookmarking site (once). I don't know about auto-pinging, but I use howies pinger service (name: guest / pw: guest) and it allows you to ping up to 3 urls at once.

Use onlywire multisubmit, you can insert 5 onlywire account there if you get tons of posts like me per day. Also I'd recommend submitting only like 30% of your posts to make it look more natural.
