SAPE is a hype but there are some good network who deals with only PR6+ sites.

With respect to the poster - The question folks need to address is what do I need to do so my site is not hit by Penguin 3 when it comes along...
A lot of people use the same old methods to 'correct' a deindexing...
The really smart people say now what do I need to do to prevent that happening again!

Lol I would just start on a fresh domain.. SAPE is not the key to get out of the penguins claw, a better idea is to clean and remove all unhealthy or spammy inbound links. The time this would take is the same amount of time it would take to build a brand new domain, which would not be flagged by Google etc.
So thats my advise. Get a new domain and don't build spammy inbound links.

I was sent a longer list than this one by one member here on BHW after launching the service & I appreciated him as well. I guess a well mannered member can't do negative stuffs if he has confidence with his business.
