Alternative to SolidseoVPS

I am looking for a hosting with similar pricing to solidseovps.com, as to the reason for an alternative, I tried purchasing from them but I got this:

We have cancelled it and we do apologize as its a high risk order for us we wont be able to accept

I got this twice once during the the attempted transaction and again after I asked exactly what caused the order to be labeled high risk. This is for those who ask why I want an alternative.

I have searched through the hosting section on the marketplace but couldn't really find any similar to them.

Other than having similar pricing, I would like a hosting that accepts orders from Nigeria.
