Alternative to Repurpose.io for TikTok?

Thanks for clicking on this post - I would like the ability to download and re-post to dozens of accounts on TikTok.

Repurpose can do this, but the setups a bit of a pain in the arse.

Any ideas on what other tools, services, or even BHW certified sellers of a service like this?
