Alternative to Google Keyword Planner

Try Moz pro keyword difficulty tool where it will tell how difficult the keyword is to rank in the Google. And it also comes with Keyword explorer too.

In summary I don't think there is an alternative is there?
I think the only people that have accurate search volume data are Google (and the people already ranking 1-2-3).
All of those tools like Moz keyword explorer, semrush etc all use google keyword planner data don't they?
The only alternatives I can think is either if a provider has a big Adwords campaign running and can get accurate data or someone like alexa that has an insight from their toolbar data?

Yeah i found this guy too, he shows how to downgrade keyword planner back to its old version:
I hope its still working havent tried it yet tho.
Other than that i'd suggest the combination of semrush, kwfinder,keywordrevealer (no aff with any of those)
