My developers usually work with gate2shop. Good prices and transaction fees, easy to implement code. The verification process is slow but that's with every other gateway.

they both do not provide payment gateway to web hosting companies

I heard bad reviews about them
I do not have implemented gate2shop but my wholesaler is using and is satisfied. Based in Cyprus and have good ratings.
And just to clarify Plimus and Bluesnap are same company.
I am using them as alternative to 2chckout and the bad thing is that they cannot process payment through PayPal. But only cc, skrill and lately they add alipay(bigger than PayPal in transactions and clients massed used by Chinese). And i have implemented in hosting business so do not worry.
If you need contact hit me up i will recommend you my manager and he will do the job and speed up the process..
