Serprobot does that, if you looking for a professional way, go with Ahrefs, I prefer Ahrefs as it's all in one, but it's a bit overpriced for small businesses.

What is your use case ? Are you monitoring client rankings just for you or are you doing some kind of reporting ? Do you need more than just SERP tracking ? What's your current SEO tools stack ?
Without those informations, you will get many recommendations of various tools, which probably all work well but won't be what YOU need, you need to define that first !
