Am aswell looking for a content generator myself. Does anybody know, which of these is the best for foreign (german) texts? Spinning often seems to grab german words, that look like english ones ('Art' -> german for 'kind of') and spin it into english replacements (->'Artwork': totally different meaning).

if you are looking for some free solution, you will have to do it using some online free spinner.
Looking at your needs, you can look at number of solutions:
1) There is a thread on GSA forum that provides 5 tier data fields for 10$ i guess. Cheep solution for small usage.
2) SEO contant machine is a good product for automatic data filling of GSA SER. But you need a spinner to make it work i guess. not sure about it.
