Alpha Tokens - Worth for Long investment?

Recently, there is a hype in alpha coins/tokens in Binance (I use only binance for crypto).
I saw many coins gone 0-20$ within some days, like MYX, AIA, COAI

I just want to know, do you think normal coins like BTC, ETH, LTC are worth for long investment or Alpha coins?

I may try to invest in some coins.
