Allow Newbies to Post Clickable Links inside BHW

By "inside" I mean threads, users, and other locations within blackhatworld.com.

The point behind blocking it was to avoid new accounts spamming, but I don't think this is a real risk if we only "whitelist" BHW's domain.

Thanks for your suggestion. Accounts over 50 posts can link off to anywhere on the forum. We set these limits to prevent spam, internal or external, for obvious reasons. Visit our newbie guide on this topic here [UPDATED] BHW Member Levels | BlackHatWorld
