All about backlinks

This is awesome. Just one question, which if these methods is considered spammy and which ones are good, white hat stuff?

When reading this guide, I've decided that the key is to not abuse any of these methods. I think all social networking and backlinking needs to be done as smoothly and as naturally as possible.

So I got a couple thousand scrapebox blog comment backlinks as a text file. I have no idea how to use these links though? My site is setup on wordpress. I'll appreciate if anybody can give me some tips about that.

I think than the .edu and .gov blogs right now are difficult to find so maybe should be deleted as a backlink source.

Keyword is the main key for success but need all link building services for best SERP.....
