Aliexpress dropshipping question.

Is it necessary to give tracking information to the buyer? Would it be ok if I don't, assuming I'm selling on shopify store.

It would add trust to your shop if you offer tracking information, remember a lot of items can take upwards of 20 days for delivery.

Offer good customer service and communication if you aren’t going to provide tracking details! If an item is late offer a coupon to compensate etc.
