Aliexpress and Ebay Affiliate Program

Hi, I am currently trying Amazon affiliate, my site is ranked for some keyword in the 3rd page, and I am doing seo right now. And I found I am getting traffic from outside us too. As Amazon is us based and only for US customer I am thinking how I can monetize non-US visitors, AdSense is an option, but it might be risky. Playing risky with AdSense is not an ideal option. So I am looking another affiliate network, where same products available and they ship worldwide, I found Aliexpress and eBay. But don't have any idea. Found some review about Aliexpress affiliate program, but they are mostly negative, so I would like to ask, if anyone currently promoting products from those two networks. Looking for some honest review.

I change from Amazon to Ebay, revenues are slightly less than Amazon but rules are more friendly.
My old stuffs were designed for Amazon, I have the feeling if I twist a little bit, Ebay will perform better than Amazon.
Ebay is not only auctions but have almost same products as Amazon to sell.
It's quite easy to use geo ip location with Ebay, they even have tools for that, which is not the case with Amazon, and that is a big difference, imo.
