To give this one second of serious thoughts and considering law of physics and todays known science to normal people (Deep State etc. excluded)
1. my first question: when did these Aliens hold this meeting and decide to destroy the world?
reason for asking: lets say the meeting was held 1914 (first worldwar) and the signal was received 2025
The signal would need to travel at about 90 million times the speed of light to reach Earth in 2025, if it was sent from 10 billion light-years away in 1914.

2. second question: which technical equipment are you using to be able to capture that signal and translate that signal traveling at speeds 90 million times the speed of light?

As of today, there is no known technical equipment capable of registering or translating a signal traveling at speeds 90 million times the speed of light — such a speed far exceeds anything we can currently achieve or detect.

We've decided to postpone the attack to a classified date & are tightening up our database security to ensure no more leaks..
