anyone in the world know how the hell it's possible, hard work or
just a luck?

https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCTyAkiNSx3Nf10KjBVm1IKg/videos

first video two months ago, ~500k views

https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCovtXe0R0IQh6AQ2uApEpBw/videos

also 2 months ago first video was uploaded, few million views.

and there is hundreds of similar channels with same views ,

How they did so well? i can upload even better video to my channel with nice eye catching thumbnail but will only get 1-12 views,

Don't say that it's just a luck ?

Don't u see that it's all fake? You don't see the same like/dislike ratio on all the videos? You don't see the amount of comments? 5 millions views and 140 comments. I have 140 comments on a video with 1k views.

sometimes people don't comment, I never used fake views. My one video has 427k views and just 136 Comments.

Also following this thread, i also wanna know reasons

i believe many knows the reason , but we are humans beings, we don't want other to be successful, if they already are

This is not a luck, It is obvious they got the all views by using a method. Probably one person has lots of channels in the same niche. The method; they redirect the traffic of main channel to another channels. If a video gets the traffic from similar niches, the video starts to get into recommended section, and this means their channels will grow rapidly compared to your channels.

Yes many different ways, they can have an audience already or have connections with other influencers

This. I have a channel in a similar niche and i can tell you from experience that the competitors that you are facing in this niche already have multiple established channels. Often times what they do is they either link their already sucessful videos in the end screens or info tags to this video (so the new channel gets views), or they will put in on the "recommended" section of their already well established channel.

What you can also see is that they are on point with their thumbnails. That's a major key imo. They Thumbnails are VERY appealing to children = once the algo picks it up, it gets very easy for them to rank and bank with such videos.

Check the Instagram of the 2nd link that you mentioned. This guy already has a well established Youtube Channel that is trending in Germany with over 1.32 million subs.
