I found Charman here on BHW offering Telegram ad services, including cloaking strategies for adult/OF funnels. After discussing terms and campaign details (see screenshots), he asked for a $160 setup fee to begin work, which I paid in SOL on July 12. He confirmed payment, said he would start immediately, and promised preview links and tracking within a few hours. Since then, I’ve received nothing except vague delays. He repeatedly avoided providing any work or proof, saying “wait” or ignoring me altogether. Despite several follow-ups, I’ve been ghosted. The last meaningful message was him claiming “I have done your work” but then never delivering anything.
I found his info advertising Google Review Removal services across multiple forum threads i.e.:

Still completely MIA - and just simply poor business practice. Why make me go through this hassle / have yet another bad review on your profile? When you could just simply take accountability and refund for a job that can't be done.

Paid for Google reviews removal. Waited more than double the time, asked for updates, said I would post a dispute forum on BHW & still completely MIA.
Just like the other dispute post, I am expecting that once alerted, he will be rushing to send me back the money in an overly-aggressive manner. Beware to future buyers.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the user charman- @charman. I contacted him after posting that I was looking for a Taboola rental account and cloaker setup. He offered me a full service for $450 – $150 for cloaker setup and $300 for the account.
I sent $150 in crypto as a first step, to confirm the cloaker works. He confirmed receipt and said it would be ready in a few hours. Then he completely disappeared for 4 days, ignoring all messages. Eventually, he deleted the entire chat history.
After I posted a warning about him, he responded publicly asking for "proof" – knowing he deleted the evidence.
The only proof I have now is the transaction hash and wallet address.
Please consider issuing a ban and helping me recover the funds. I've since heard from others that he uses the same tactics repeatedly.
