The job is 95% marketing so it is understandable that you feel little bit lost. I recommend trying to nail down marketing first on small scale before scaling up any more.

why invest time into something with low roi rather than click buttons and make money on paid traffic lol i did 100K+ months with dating apps + snap it might work for u but not worth the hassle for me
