For a KW, Ahrefs says KD is 1 with search volume 27k but Ubersuggest says KD is 67 and search volume being 90500.

Which one is close to accurate?

ahrefs evaluate KD mostly based on page level RD and UR, it's not really accurate.
Check how ubersuggest calculates KD and see which methodology do you trust more.

About search volume - google keyword planner can give accurate info

I would guess Ahrefs is more accurate but have no real data to back that up

i think you can't just rely KD on search volume 300++ keyword.

KD 1 ??? with 27k volume ???
If it is a profitable keyword I wouldn't believe that metric.

I trust keywordtool [.] io If only look at volume search

what happens when you compare the result to alexa.com?

None are accurate.

I use to depend on ahrefs, going for "0" difficulty keywords, only 1 out of 30 articles ranked in top 200.

I decided to spend a week learning manual keyword research, and now every article I write hits the top 200.

If you don't put the time in learning manual keyword research and SEO, you will waste time writing articles that don't and will never rank.

What does manual keyword research consist of?

If you don't know how to check manually, then it's because you don't know enough SEO.

So my advice would be to study SEO more, on-page, off page and technical SEO, and then once you know enough about SEO, you will know how to manually research. You can't manually research without the SEO knowledge,

I would go with neither.

Based on my experience, SEMRush 's projections are more accurate

I really don't mind the KD metric. Check that keyword and check what sites are ranking on top 1 if they are low DR then probably that KW is low comp.
